Patriots Day April 19, 1775: 250 Year Anniversary

250 years ago our forefathers said "enough" to the tyranny of a government taking their freedoms along with confiscation of their firearms. Which became the reason for the 2nd Amendment.

Lexington and Concord, the start of our Revolution to freedom. Everyone should understand what today means to freedoms and why we have a Constitution that includes a 2nd Amendment.

God bless our forefathers for giving us freedom that the rest of the world does not have.

I listened to a podcast series about the start of the Revolutionary War and learned a lot. Can’t recall the name but it was very well done.
I enjoy learning more about history, but haven’t gotten into the Revolutionary War as much as I’d like.

When you realize what these men gave up to fight in some of the most inhumane weather conditions that I bet a lot today would tap out. Freedom pulsed through their veins. I would hope we would/could do same.
