Onx no leaf

When I pull up my Onx it’ll be super high resolution for a few seconds and then back to no leaf off available… what gives?

In my experience, could be due to several issues. Let’s start with downloading the latest update because they’ve hit us with a bunch this year. Are you shifting between 3D and 2D views? Then there’s also huge sections of land that are topo only because for what tf reason- no mapping of that BLM or that section of ranch. Idk, it happens and that’s all I can say about that. Even moving through OnX leafy forest then bam, topo only. Seen it in the same forest, some block of what we know to be USFS divided off via an arbitrary digital line. I’ve found that a work around is to use Google earth to see the HD stuff unavailable in OnX and put OnX elevation 50% or more so that steep stuff is very exaggerated.

I do the updates when they pop up. I generally use 2D hybrid map. It’s just weird it will show super high res and then switch to no leaf off on the same area.
