After writing about our trip which everyone on these sites would like to hear about. Good, Bad, Or indifferent. If there is nothing said, then everyone can only say they were just here for one reason.
(Information)
After Months of not telling of my son and my trip I gave it a whirl.
In Many cases not all and possibly some do not want to come back explaining their trip is because of all the Flack one has to take. From good humor to just down out right BS which you will read at the end from A 2ROCKY.
First what happened on our trip was a complete Joke and Yes, I'm very much upset over the issues that arose.
Like the individual at the end of this post indicated maybe if we would have looked into the outfitter better it could of been prevented. My voice back says that is BS.
I spent 8 months from Jan 2024 until the day we left in August. Not only getting an ok from the outfitter for the haul in and dropped but calling every outfitter asking about a drop along with information I could find on each outfitter.
Asking an Outfitter about another outfitter gets you now ware as they all treat one another with some respect. Even the Guide association treat them also with respect which I also called.
The 8 Months I checked and cross checked said not about the outfitter accept their blog.
Once we were set with the outfitter months on the area every square inch of it.
Infact speaking with some whom have been in many times the wilderness 16B were astonished on how much I actually knew not having ever been in 16B.
But when one gets the reply's back that I got it really does make one not wanting to post his /her trips on here and take the flack some just cannot help but doing.
Guess it makes them feel like the big guys everyone respects. I don't know.
In our case the Hunt was a shit show and nothing more we could have done to make it any better.
We have always done it on our own everywhere we have hunted. But the wilderness a different show. We are 2 who do it our way on our own and can say yes, we killed that Bull or Buck on our own our way. Without an outfitter setting u on water and you pop a nice bull. To each his own and our way is the way we do it.
Like most on here who do a lot of Hunting and prior to that hunt we always go to the limit to find out about the location, the terrain, water, numbers, etc. and just anything we can think about prior to the Hunt. I usually go overboard on getting answers and many on here can attest of me bugging them not 1-2-3 times but many. With this not the only site I do so on.
So, this Post I had to put up as it was just over the top and for anyone who doesn't know us and can say what he said is just plain an idiot.
Also, I hope all reading this can follow along enough to understand it.
(Well that’s good. I’m glad you have a positive self image. At this point I’m really feeling sorry for the folks who have to deal with you.
I think you need to follow your own advice and do a better job vetting your service providers. In your own little temper tantrum rant to made it pretty clear you didn’t fully investigate who you hired. Most people would calmly say “Here’s a mistake I made, and here is what I could have done better and I hope I save someone else the embarrassment and lost time and money. “
Instead you blame everyone but yourself and lash out at people who point that out.
Enjoy stewing in your own juices of anger and resentment. I’ll just sit here and watch you melt down.
