Oklahoma opener and closer

Today was Oklahoma's deer rifle season opener and I'm tagged out. 19 years in a row without missing opening day better than Christmas. I used my 270 with 130 gr nosler accubonds I normally shoot Partitions but was impressed with the performance of the accubonds.

I am in western ok, we have one older guy get his first buck today! Not much shooting but lots of people on the public and hot as hell! Congrats on another fine season!

Congrats on the nice buck!! Hoping I get my mule deer buck quick in Colorado, so I can make time for some hunting in Oklahoma. Been 6 years since I’ve gotten to hunt there!
