So I got drawn for my goat in Washington and not real set on what to do after the kill. I know, getting the cart ahead of the horse, but pretty confident that I can make it happen and trying to get my ducks in a row. Have seen a lot of full body mounts in people's threads, some real cool 3/4 mounts with landscaping etc, but I don't really have the desire for that, I don't think. Also don't really have the place to properly display a full body or 3/4 mount. I have one muley that I had a shoulder mount done on and other than that they are all Euro mounts, deer, elk, antelope and pig. Seems to me that mounts with hair are a lot harder to keep clean and they need upkeep to keep them looking new. My thought on the goat would be do a rug, or just tan the hide and use it for a throw and euro the skull. Give me some ideas or your thoughts please.
