Oak, any word on the properties in Unit 22? There have been lots of rumors, and when I call i always here the CPW is working on it. It seems like the the CPW could really use the help of other organizations when trying to figure out access issues.

I'm not sure of the status for this year with Caerus ownership. I know that a portion of the property was removed from public access last year as part of a settlement between Encana and a private landowner over a pipeline spill that affected private lands.
