I came home from Bozeman last week and looked at the forecast and looked at the river and said oh boy there is gonna be some MONSTER flows!! 15 years ago I'd be running that like an idiot! Haha

I do not know this for a fact, but it sure looks like the drought is over in some parts of Montana.

Yep. Late season snow does not harden and melts quickly. This is all the April and May snow coming at once.

Yeah, certainly doesn’t take the groundwater into consideration.

Even with all of the rain we’ve gotten, and the incredible vegetation growth, the wetland marsh areas are still about 1-2 feet low.

For the folks who get to stay in the park this is a unique situation. Been a long time since there were not thousands of tourist in the park in June. Probably pretty cool to enjoy the place without idiots even with the flooding.

I wonder if East River road will wash out. Thinking some of those mega-houses on the banks will get get washed away.
