Had some whitetail does come out and hang around a long time as well as a lil 6 point buck right before dark. Saw a couple grey fox too.

Don't know if the population is in a high cycle or what but I ran into a pile of grey fox this year on my NM deer hunt. Goodluck tonight!

He is, plus I havnt had time to go out for mule deer like I'd like to either this year.

Well that was a bust. No whitetails seen. Saw some muley does and a couple lil muley bucks in a field across the way but nothing of any size.

Well the season is officially over now. Seen plenty of bucks that should be bigger next year including the big whitetail I was after. Been over a week since I had pics of him. Hopefully he wasn't poached or wounded by someone else. If he had been killed by someone legally I think I would have heard. Give it a shot again next year.

Bowhunting is over for me today too. Had a really wide, heavy buck bust me drawing tonight. At least it's over now.
