Spent a week hunting stags in the rut. Hard hunting this year and no big stags seen. Ended up taking an even 10 pointer. As a bonus the meat was fantastic eating and provided many meals for the six of us back at camp. Here are a few photos:

Its a DIY public hunt. There are plenty of deer (saw about 60 for the week) and chamois and it is a 4 hour walk in.
 
Congrats on a great looking fallow mate! That will make a very pretty rug. My wife shot a pure white fallow (no spots) buck & a black fallow doe. She is doing a rug out of the black one & a half rug on the white one. We are anxious to get them back!

Congrats to your wife. White fallow are amazing looking! I’ve been hunting for one for many years. Have only seen one and didn’t connect.

I'm lucky enough to see two on a regular basis in front of my doorway, from 100 to 800 yrds away.
