New USFWS Director

Report back here in 5 years and tell us how many drains have been cleaned, how many miles of brush have been cleared, how many feet of out sloped tread has been fixed.

It’s all to easy to be in involved in the shiny new construction and ribbon cutting but ever increasingly difficult to find volunteers or fund maintenance.
It’s been over that. Gets TONS of use. I’d argue it’s the largest recreation addition to the greater Bozeman area in the last 10 years. They seem to get lots of people donating time/money. I’m pretty sure it was a similar group that rebuilt the leveritch trail south of town. Community showing up.

Then why the constant chit talking?

We should be on the same page.

Unless your district was flush with cash and able to perform all clearing and maintenance, you should know the difficulties.

It’s not a lack of trying unless you were on a lazy ass trail crew.
A lot of em were lazy AF. I just saw a lot of mismanagement on the forest and a lot of it could've been prevented. I'm not trying to start a fight.

That’s great. The group I referenced earlier with the endowment has an enthusiastic group of volunteers. The other small non profits, not so much. And not for a lack of trying unless.

No wonder our mule deer are #@)(*%* you guys couldn’t agree on the color of the sky

I think discussion is paramount. Whether the color of the sky, mule deer in MT, or the color of the chit stains on my undies.

I have sent comments btw and appreciate your relentless support of the MD effort.

My cousin received an "Honorable Discharge" while in the Marine Corp. for refusing the vax...so yeah it's a real thing. I also know a game warden in Washington that was fired for refusing the Fauci Outchy.
You are practically the Kevin Bacon of the unvaccinated. It was still pretty rare in the military and they knew the cost. Plenty of lawsuits still in the works for public employees here. I'm sure everyone has a different side of the story. I don't think they should have been fired, but it still falls pretty low on my give-a-$hit meter in comparison to tens of thousands of people fired for no reason.

I had two coworkers that are now ex-Navy. Both refused the jab and were discharged as a result.
