That is a beautiful buck, only surpassed by an outstanding field photo! Congratulations.

Any bowhunter would be thrilled to hang his tag on a deer like that. Taking a mature mulie buck with a bow is one of the more difficult things to do in my opinion. It is a humbling pursuit no doubt. Congratulations again!

Thanks. Here are a few more pics.

Here is our spike camp. We could not find any flat spots for our beds so we made them. We used rocks to dig into the steep bank and used a tree on the downhill side to keep us from rolling out of be and down the mountain.

This is a photo of my partner, 15 yards from a good buck. He had several close encounters like this but did not connect.
