Nevada,76-81 Bull ELK

Any archery hunter not recover a nice bull in this area during your hunt this year...
I found one dead,,,

How did your wifes elk hunt go?

I've been bow hunting only for deer but have not arrowed one yet.
I find it interesting when they happen to show a deer or elk not recovered on a tv show they almost always say "it wasn't a lethal hit and he will heal up". Seems like it would be a long suffering death for the animal.
