Nebraskastani’s never get lost. I will say my constant badgering of Iowa drivers is paying off. I managed to get through Des Moines without the interstate coming to a complete stop which is a first. Gonna stop and visit the site where The Duke of Wellington beat Napoleon. View attachment 236866

Yep, I ran over to West Union to grab a tractor for a neighbor. Never been in that area of Iowa, but it sure was starting to get to be neat country. I’ve been through the driftless in MN and WI so maybe ALL of Iowa isn’t bad.

Back in the early 2000s my dad drove a T600 with an N14 Cummins, Super 10, and 4:11 rear end. I think that was pretty much the best pulling truck he drove, I suppose because of the low ratio differential. Wasn't much to look at, but great in the hills!
