I saw in another thread that Yeti bought MR and seems like that they will phase out their packs. Although, it looks like the MR brand itself is supposed to continue in some form, so maybe they’ll continue honoring warranties and providing repair service

If you read through that thread, you will see that Randy, @Big Fin debunked those rumors and said that he is already testing future prototypes and Mystery Ranch is not going anywhere.

Yeah, if it was valuable enough to Yeti to acquire the company, I don't think they are intending to shut it down.
