Mystery Ranch no more?

So, with your input towards them ...

....has the topic of blending the 'pop-up' pack frame extension deal and their regular packs been discussed at all?

Haven't seen/touched the popup physically, but it's intriguing enough as a concept to me, and similar enough to the idea from SO and others utilizing frame extensions, that I can't fathom why it couldn't work at high load capacities...

And- are they going to switch from a singular yoke to a...dual or individual yoke style?

I'm sure you can't discuss much, if any details, but id be curious to know what's been put on the drawing board and not in the garbage.

Interesting. I bet they keep the hunting line as MR and have daypacks as YETI.

I've got a MR Selway60 I've enjoyed, and I modified it to accommodate a MR lid as well for increased capacity, but it will likely show up in the classifieds soon...

Tried a stone glacier x-curve frame this year and it just seems to fit me a bit better so the MR will need a new home.

Same old story. Corporate buys company, makes changes to increase margins, ruins morale, quality drops, key players exit company, company “absorbs” that position, CS goes to shit…you know, the usual with big money acquisitions.
I’m so confused right now.

Corporate buying smaller company = bad.

Contracting corporate entitites to provide government services = good???

Confusion? Love the HT satire.
From my perspective so as to not speak for another:
Apples and oranges for your attempt to compare.

Corporate buying smaller companies involves removing the pride of purchasing from those immersed in the community. I take pride buying from small business.

Contracting corporate entities to provide government services advanced greatness for American ingenuity and led America as a country of inventions from flight to combustion and gas engines.
