must be the folks on that other forum keeping the stats so high...

I got to try and break the first prototype of an extended wheelbase Cat 518 grapple skidder back in the 70’s. Guys from Cat in a creeper van driving thru the brush recording strain gage data coming off the rear diff and axles.
We were hauling 40 truck loads/day of Pine to the mill back then.
You guys and your grapple skidders! I always had to pull winch line and set chokers.

Left logging went back to school and then into law enforcement. Getting shot at does suck.
I didn’t even think about ranger Hank in a shootout. I thought he was referencing his gap years between high school and college. But yeah, park ranger shootout would be scary because you’re most often by yourself with closest back up County or State.

how many professions could qualify as hunting besides government sponsored culling? and that's just being a sniper with targets that don't shoot back let alone even know they're in a war. be careful not to get a blood blister carelessly working your bolt.

commercial fishing is 100% the only reason that category is so high.

hunting is for the soft, folks. don't tell cam.
