MT Bear Down!

Glad to see it work out for you critter! Thats a pretty one. Just got word from a partner that one got away from him tonight, glad you had better luck.

Uh em, you did you lose my number? Or was I that pathetic when we went a couple weeks ago?

Sorry Randy:) I did not lose your number and i actually would have called except Bart got a free hall pass to make the chase so i put him on em.................

You will be next..;)

Turns out i should have hit you first because Bad Luck Bart appartently scared them away;) LMAO

Bad Bart couldn't find the "easy" ones to save his life. Instead I saw 2 on steep hillside that I'd need a chopper to get to.

Beware Randy you'll get a phone call at 8:30 pm which give you an hour to get your gear and make a scramble up a forsaken hillside.;) It was fun and I appreciated the heads up. My wife was testing me though. Once I told Critter I wasn't going to make it she says "oh you can go" Dern women. Hot then Cold.

Better send Randy next time. My eyes just weren't finding the 2 you'd seen.

Now we're talking. Don't want to ease in on anyone's opportunity, but if you really are out of "friends with tags," I can always keep mine open for this honorable conservation cause. Especially if it gives you reason to continue your evening jaunts in the hills. ;)

Traveling Mon-Wed. After that, I plan on hunting them every allowable evening until season closes.

I just have this concern that you carry a grizz magnet in your pack.

OK, so who is gonna give us the FWP story? Oh, nice bear, by the way!

Actually, pretty uneventful this go round but i will tell you that as soon as i started filling out the paperwork, the biologist guy looks at me and says "hey, you look familiar, don't i know you from somewhere"?...LOL, thats no joke. I just said no, i don't think so:D

Thanks to everyone, i'm pretty dang pleased with the bear.

I'm hoping to take the last 3 days of bear season to "help" out so I'll keep you on speed dial...........

I'm gone all week, better catch up on work from the time i've been playing lately:)

You should be concerned about the griz thing, I'm not positive, but im pretty sure i can run faster than you:);)

well, no more pics to post but Drake4 and I hit the hills the other night for some excersise and some bear looking...........We definately got more excersise than seeing bears but we did find a very nice bear, and even almost in bow range...............figures when tags are full;) fun to still see there are a couple big ones to make it to next spring.......this one was a dandy, i got his number for next year:D
