A little off topic but any advise on Region 3 hunting for Whitetail and Elk B-Licenses? I've never been to Montana and I will be traveling from Louisiana.

I don’t know if he’s a slammer, but inside Billings city limits might be the place to go.
Been doing it wrong all these years. Apparenlty I have forgotten to pack apples with me.
