Utah elk license was $1000 and my Mt license like $20. Just got to my campsite at 9000ft. Worked til 4pm today. It was worth the money. Wish I were goat hunting.

I don’t have good service at my house, and I live in the city. Most of the time I have better service in the back country. I don’t get it.

I’m not ashamed to admit that I just download episodes on my phone and watch them in the backcountry if I don’t anticipate having service.

Only had one hunting spot in the last few years where I recall having an actual cell signal.

Saw a goat killed in the Beartooths a few days ago. Blue skies, 45 degrees, goats well below the snow line. Doesn’t get much easier than that for a November goat.

20 days of season left and the weather this coming weekend looks good, again.
