Went back and found the left side yesterday, 4/13/2016. 250 yards from where the right side was found. Same area that I found a large mule deer kill back in March. General deer and elk unit.
I have not seen any live elk or deer on my outings, but I did find a new turkey hunting spot with at least two Thunder Chickens. This weekend, I'll pack the shotgun in for some turkey hunting!

Have not measured them yet, but main beams and all tines are longer than my 275" CO elk hanging on my wall. Not as big as the other set we found earlier though. I'm guessing 300" give or take.
September cannot arrive soon enough!

Sweet sheds! A lot of the ones I've found this year have had broken tines, yours are still in good shape, they are purty

The G2's on the larger antlers have the tips just barely missing. Maybe 1/4" to 1/2" chipped off. I have not found two large sets in this condition ever. We have been fortunate this year. I hope we can keep this lucky streak going after the local WMA area opens on May 15...
