wife out of town so experimented - she had a bottle of "Mongolian Sauce" marinade - so I put it on some caribou chunks overnight
then busted up some cauliflower, carrots, and chopped up some onions
seasoned the veggies with salt and pepper, then steamed them in the wok to tender, and water was out, then added a bit of oil and sauteed them
took em out and set aside, put marinated meat into pan and browned, then added veggies back and heated it all up nice,
when about done added a 1/4 stick of butter for some fat

dolloped into a flat bowl and added sour cream for more fat (and cause it reminded me of stroganoff somehow),,

have enough left over for tomorrow

the leftovers had about 2 or so cups of broth and I wanted to add something to it and cook in the broth (rice, noodles, etc)

Wife had some "Delta Blues Rice Grits" she picked up in Mississippi and I tried it - adding a cup(ish) to the leftovers after I got the broth boiling

dang those "rice grits" taste good - almost like couscous but different (duh) - of course it helped by cooking it in that leftover broth

definitely will use those Rice Grits again
