I had to get out of this wet weather in northcentral Montana and check out wet conditions in other parts of the state. Put in the rifle, but didn't really do much for hunting.

How big can you go?

Kid's play.

Someone was having some serious fun this weekend. Hopefully that was better weather than in your town. Still lots of snow there.

Stretch between showers.

I think this guy was ready for a headstart if I came after them.;)

Tough to get very serious about hunting with GuNR in tow, but I think he had a good time and bears tend to be a bit spendy anyway (at least that is the story I am going with).:D

Great photos Miller, tell us about your camera.
P.S. I need to keep my kid from seeing these, or he will want a new dog.

When does horn growth on antelopes slow down or stop? I didn't realize they had that much horn this early in the season. He's a nice one.

Nikon D90. Dog pics were with 18-105 and fox/lopes were with 70-300.

And the settings.

Don't remember exactly. I do use App Priority and dog pics were F9, 10 or 11.

I also have saturation set to VIVID and then cranked up 3 clicks....maybe a bit much.

I was impressed with the growth also. Growth starts end of October and ends in August in this part of the country.
