Minimum age requirement for Maryland

I just read on Yahoo where Humane Society Of United States is pressuring legislatures in Maryland to require a minimum age of 16 for hunters. Facts show that 6 to 16 year old group is safest(relative). They are trying to get a foothold wherever they can. Youths cannot vote, so who will stand up for the children.
As a hunter safety educator for the last 4 years I have taught 7 to 16 year-olds exclusively. I have found them to be very responsible with adult presence. More responsible than some adults I know!

It is notonly the anti-hunting groups that are against children being able to hunt. There are so called hunters who do not believe they should be allowed also. To me the ones who do not even give encouragement to kids are the same as PETA.
