It really is amazing that meateater has been able to leverage itself into this type of organization.

Thinking back a few years ago when Steven was in charge of a lot of the day to day type stuff and it was pretty hit or miss on whether you could even buy a meateater T shirt because they were always out of stock online.

I don't think he is going to have any issues like that with the folks in charge of the day to day stuff now.

I think this is awesome that a guy that is just a great ambassador for the hunting community can focus on the big picture stuff now and get rewarded financially as well.

I'm a huge fan of Meateater, I own all of Steve's books, listen to all the podcasts and have watched every episode of his show...but my wife ordered me a hat from his website for Christmas with the meateater logo, and when it arrived it was just a plain camo first lite hat...between the two of us we sent them 4 emails over a 2 month period and still have never heard a response back...I know its a small thing but she was really excited to get me the hat and I was pretty upset with their lack of customer service on this issue.

If I shake hands with the President, run part of a billionaire's corporate structure, work out with a rock star and attend a birthday party that is packed with celebrities and sometimes fly first class and will happily hunt with guides and even pay for land access then what does any of that have to do with my ability to be a good person and work hard and still sometimes go on a public lands hunt on my own?

It's been 8 1/2 months. The last season, which was completely new content, was released on Oct 2, 2018 on netflix. This release came almost exactly 2 years after they released the last episode of the previous season in 2016.

If anything it's impressive how fast the zero point zero team is churning out this high quality content, and how little patience everyone seems to possess.

I did not realize that Meateater had grown so big! I think it will be great for both companies, and for customers as well.

It's part of the larger plan of the venture capital firm that bought Meateater, Inc. last year. They pumped some money in and they've obviously got cash to spend now.
