I could be way off here, but I don’t think a lot of these people aren’t getting rich. I think they get free stuff and maybe a cool trip here or there, but I think the true drug is that sweet dopamine drip of likes, follows and adulation from other grown men.I probably side more with Matt Rinella in that SM has a far greater negative impact to hunting than a positive one.
That being said, I guess we’d have to know just how sweet the juice is to know if it’s worth the squeeze?
Knowing what these “influencers” get in return for the product they produce would probably lead most of us to understand where they’re coming from with the bastardization of hunting. We’ve all got our prices….it’s different for everyone.
I’m not sure I totally understand why someone would want to be an influencer if it doesn't bring in an obscene amount of wealth. I’m sure the top of the pile influencers like Cammy Cam Juice are getting rich, but I bet the vast majority of influencers are not.
