Looking for a basic Hunting lease Template or Word Doc

Hello Goodpeople,
I am hoping someone can send me a word or adobe Hunting lease document that I can modify, or direct me to internet link they trust. I have googled "free hunting lease documents" and all of them ultimately want to charge or need me to sign up or look like something that might give me virus.

Anyone out there have a basic lease the would allow me to modify? I am not looking for any more than a page or two that would protect both the hunter and owner.

I have a PDF of the lease document we use in CO. However, it is only the pdf, and I don't have the word doc original. So you would have to re-type if want to replicate...it is 4 pages, plus an additional page release. PM me if interested and I can redact some of the personal info and share. Sorry don't have the word doc; must've lost when I switched pcs.
