Some of you guys on here can appreciate this. My Facebook feed just delivered this picture of a friend of a friend's Alberta ram. Hopefully, he'll chime in here and introduce himself and tell us all the whole story. I know these guys sure earned their rams. How big do you think this ram is?

How old would he be? (Can I get to 9 1/2?).

In a past thread someone drew the age rings to try and show how rams are aged. If it's possible could that be done again?

The hunter aged him at 11. I think you'll enjoy the story of this one Oak. I'm with you on the score. Dan (the hunter) is hoping he makes B&C. :) I think he's got it.

I'm thinking that's a 195" sheep easy. What a tank! I count 12 rings.

What an awesome sheep! It is a little difficult to tell from the pics, but I would say this is definitely a book ram. 190's for sure. Congrats!

That ram would make MY book. All time. I'd best a bottle of Gibson's finest that is a B&C ram. Would love to hear the whole story and see more pics.

goodness gracious! look at those rams!!! look at that country!!! Those are hard earned trophys. Will be hard to top those bad boys. Are you able to say if this is one of the unlimited hunts? If so, even more impressive!

Well earned!

Beautiful ram, I will throw my hat in and go 197 and 11 years old.
Would like a better pic of the top of the head to look at mass.
