Yeah, Ann Arbor ain't exactly like "normal" Midwest, and it's not cheap. Seems like a cool town though couple times I've visited.

I live about an hour north of Ann Arbor. It's not unheard of for a house to be priced like that. That one seems like it had considerable work that needed to be done to update it to Ann Arbor standards to list it at 3/4 Million...

It is one of the coolest cities in the country too!!

Sadly after growing up in CO I’m like 800 sqft for $400k what a steal…
