Late December Hunts?

Hey all, I'm new to posting on here but have been a member for a while. My question that I'm hoping y'all can help me with is this. Are there any Elk hunts OTC or decent draws that you know of anywhere the week before or the week after Xmas? Or the week of Thanksgiving? I'm a teacher so I have that time off. Thanks!

Check out the draw odds on some of the Colorado late season cow hunts. There are many that you can get with no preference points, i.e. a sure thing. It is almost over the counter, just takes a bit more planning. Definitely read the fine print, many are private land only. Big game application book comes out soon, applications are usually due the first week in April.

There are cow hunts in Wyoming that run late.

Watching Randy's videos he explains how Montana has very long hunting seasons, with abundant OTC tags to go with it.

I'm in the same boat, I've been looking through a lot of state's guides trying to find late season elk

There are late season cow hunts in Oregon as well, not totally sure of the points needed, but I'm sure there are some you could get with no points.
