Laser Rangefinder Question...

Hunting open country in the Rockies can jack up your distance judgement. I've got the compact Leica 1200 yd rangefinder and love it. Picked it up for $500 or 600 and absolutely love it. When my brother scratched his nuts trying to figure out why he missed a monster bull this year, I ranged it and let him know that he was shooting at 968 yds...well out of his practice range. :D

I use the Leica CRF 1200 and it is by far the best rangefinder that I have used. It works great in low light and glare conditions which my Bushnell did not. It is very small and I never leave home without it. (kinda like my _ _ _ _)

Those Leicas are the cat's arse. A friend has the CRF 900, and if I was going to drop a lot of coin on a rangefinder, that would be it.
