"Wyoming Game and Fish Department wants to cut moose, bighorn licenses"
What's the reason for the decline of the moose herd? Is it a habitat issue because Jackson has grown so much? Besides the pneumonia die off, is there another reason for the sheep decline?
"The Wyoming Game and Fish Department proposes decreasing hunting licenses for moose and bighorn sheep in an effort to reverse population declines of those animals in the Jackson area."
