Is there a difference?

I was just reading another post and this popped into my mind:
Is there a difference in the use of "nigga" and the "N" word (as others have called it)?

Well, they both are same , ok no one should use it cause it can be offending, i used word black it offended, i didnt mean a thing by it, i have black friends i just am great person to meet im very quiet, but people shouldnt be worried baout thier post inles they meant to offend, otherwsie life way more important cant worrie about little things
