When I draw my Barbary tag this year, I would be delighted to stop by and pickup one or two for the road......I make NM meatloaf. Green chiles and pine nuts.
The best part of making meatloaf is the next day sandos. Meatloaf, cheese, Mayo and mustard. Damned fine.
Yes Yes and Yes!!! Hellmann's will do in a pinch.Has to be cold meatloaf, on white un toasted bread, covered in Dukes mayo...yes I am from the south. When u take a bite if the bread doesn't stick to roof of your mouth you don't have enough mayo on it.
