If you are a deer hunter and farmers complained and the law was changed so that you could just shoot deer 365 days per year, would you not feel screwed? You get a year or two of being able to hunt anytime, then the population is gone.

I didn't realize it was 365 days of hunting AND unlimited tags. I assumed there was still a quota.

Too many killing everything they tree already. Heard deer hunters crying about too many lions but last year I drove from twin falls to snowville to malad and never cut a track in three day old snow. Lions are already decimated on public but the lions that followed the deer to city limits that can’t be hunted have added fuel to the fire. It’s a shame what lions and bobcats are reduced to.
I’ve followed a cat for weeks that killed nothing but rabbits, beaver, turkeys, porkies and coyotes. They don’t kill a deer a week. Idaho being state where every resident Hunter could hunt the same canyon opening morning with a general deer tag is the problem. They need two at the minimum group deer units with elk units to have a chance of bringing deer back. and as far as the complaint, everyone’s gonna flock down there in November, well all I have to say for that is now you’ll finally understand how us salmon guys fell.
