Wylee called me about his Muzz Elk hunt last night. Said he shot it close to the trail but she bailed off the hill and went "down" down the hill......

Souds like she's gutted now but in need of hiking "UP" out of a hole. Nothing like going in with a stuffy head, fever and headache. But, I owe him way more then this trip so I'm Strapping on the boots and heading out to help him regardless.

Pre-packout Congrats Wylee !!!! I'm tiered just thinking about it....

Day was Great... I probably owe Wylee for inviting me out. the hole wasn't as bad as it could have been, but hiking uphill in the snow is never easy... I'll get some pictures up later. I jsut have some from my phone.

One cool thing was we saw a wold coming off a kill on the way driving up. OK, we're not sure it was a wolf kill but we did see a wolf coming off of it crossing the road. On the way out, we went over to it and it was a 6 point bull.
