Ollin Magnetic Digiscoping System

I remember when:

I’ve been a professional athlete on and off since highschool. Snowboarding in my younger years and now tree climbing. I use to brag about those things. Having kids changes that a lot. I hope I’ll be bragging about how awesome my kids are and how great our relationship is. All the other stuff is fun but comes and goes like the wind.
Yep, in a blink of an eye.
Savor the moment.

I can recall a couple of my dad’s friends installed a mount on the rear window of their single cab pickups for magnum mag lights, just under their gun rack. I remember as probably a 6-8 year old thinking that was so bad ass.
Had one of those as well. We really got excited when they released that little 3 led replacement for the incandescent bulb in the mini. And the headband that you could slide a mini mag in and wear it like a headlamp.

I still carry one in a custom holster under the front seat of my truck. In case I need to light something up.

When I was a kid, the farm next door and around our property had what we called a "cow lane", a roughly 15' wide, probably 1/2-mile-long lane that led to pastures. It was bordered by an electric fence.
I had learned through experimenting (I think on my younger sisters), that if I held hands with someone and touched the fence with, I think I used a rain gutter, the last person in line got the zap.

Some people never learn. I would do this again and again to my cousins. We are still friends, but I notice a nervous twitch when they are around me,

The 4D Maglite was for night camp check or closing the park. I still have a 2D by the door.
My Parents went to Guatemala for a few months to learn spanish when they retired. A Guat broke down the door to rob them in the apt they had rented in the middle of the night. He had a board with a nail driven through it. My Father, a Korean war Marine, used his 4D to knock the robber unconscious. I asked how hard he hit the guy, “as hard as a frightened man can”.
