Dear HuntTalkers,
A week ago “bob-mt” posted a thread asking about Montana based sportsmen groups. Here’s the URL for his thread:

I am the managing, active officer of the Headwaters Sportsman Association (HSA). I am also a founding Board Member.
HSA was formed in 1996 to publicly protect and expand the hunting and fishing opportunities for the resident southwest Montana hunters and anglers. We continue to be the voice of the do-it-yourself Montana sportsman, especially those that recreate on public land.
We are having a meeting this coming Tuesday, March 22, from 6-8 p.m. at the FW&P Building, 1400 South 19th St., Bozeman.
The agenda will be:
• Brief discussion of the year’s past projects.
• Current projects and issues of interest.
• Presentation by our guest speaker Julie Cunningham, Wildlife Biologist. She will discuss her current projects for about an hour and then answer your questions.
• Karen Loveless, Wildlife Biologist for the Yellowstone Valley will also be there to take questions and discuss her current projects.
• Open floor discussion of topics of interest to those present.
The remainder of our time will be reserved for discussion of the major issues currently at play in southwest Montana. Hope you can make the meeting.
