Wow, I had to do an official count. 14, but that includes a flintlock & a disc blackpowder. Ooooppps, forgot the AR, so updated to 15.

I have 9 big game rifles not including black powder or slug shotguns. I use them all in rotation using one until I take game with it then switching to the next in rotation. Calibers range from 250-300 savage to 9.3x62. Everything from bolt actions to pump guns to lever actions.
