How long are your seasons? As much as I love it by the end of our 100 day season I'm ready for a break and some fishing, especially with the lack of weather and birds we had this year.

You should head north to Oregon. The Pacific flyway is a dream hunt. Ours in MN is short. 3rd week of September to 1st week of December, with a week break in early October.

I would like to go to Oregon or Idaho to hunt ducks once I'm retired. More for the scenery in the background than anything. My hunting travel is for big game for now.

@JShane would you recommend me bringing my shotgun along next spring? We’ve got family an hour from Orlando and the beach keeps me satisfied for much shorter than my better half.
