Does anybody have any recommendations for a gunsmith (within a couple hrs of Dillon, MT) that can fill and redrill some misaligned scope mount holes?

I picked up a very inexpensive Kodiak Arms 30-06 (basically a commercially sporterized FN Mauser 98) last night. The previous owner said that whoever drilled the holes messed up and that he needed bases and mounts with windage adjustments in order to get it to shoot straight. Luckily I bought the rifle for less than the cost of an action so I'm willing to spend a few bucks to have things fixed.

OMG!
I just went through that. I got a used Herter's Action 98 Mauser with the front hales WAY off. I tried the Burris rings with inserts, not enough, then Weaver grand slam windage rings, again not enough. I ended up re drilling the BASES and using aluminum epoxies to fill in the holes, and drilling the holes off center. It make the bases sit where there supposed to be and now I can get it zeroed...

First target, 100 yards, factory 100 gr loads, shooting off a back pack in a 20 mph wind.
