JP Sauer boxlock action built by an unknown maker. 16 gauge 2.5" chambers for the SxS and 8x57JR rifle barrel. Shoots a 193 - 200 grain bullet at around 2300 - 2400 fps. Hammers whitetail with great enthusiasm. Just getting set up to reload shells for it & two other 2/5 inch guns I inherited.

Boom boom, shake the room.

and while I am at it the doubles made me want to post this one. Not mine but a good friends Merkel 500 Nitro a mucho fun shooter. From one of our Friday at the range sessions I am looking forward to starting up soon again.

I had one for a while but your wood to metal fit is much better than mine. The wood on mine was a little proud. Shot a hun with it. I loved that shotgun. They are a great value. Wish I never sold mine.

Don't know if it's just mine... but seems like it could use a diet. Great swinging shotgun, but 8lbs is a bit heavy for a double 12 IMO...

The Germans know how to make superb hunting rifles. They never seem to get the credit they deserve.

California's version of gun pr0n. One of our most anti-gun state senators who even the "bullet button" on ARs was not enough was arrested on....get this....Federal charges on firearms trafficking and public corruption.

I certainly hope those firearms trafficked out of the Philippines had a bullet button.
