Iowa law is pretty clear that the animal must be tagged within 15 minutes of locating the deer or before moving. Whichever happens first. This isn’t Lee and Tiffany’s first run in with the law for tagging violations.

I noticed Bowmar just released a video and the deer was shot in the evening and he had it out in the field(untagged) the next morning for better pictures.
