No, but I'm usually done 20 mins after regulation go time

Man, that's a shame.

I did a few last year, whole plucked birds, little olive oil,salt, and pepper, and put them on the grill until sort of rarish. They were incredible.

Decided to give your recipe a try but used a simple poultry dry rub in place of just the salt and pepper tonight for dinner. Less is definitely more in this case. They tasted amazing. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yeah, they kind of surprised me, honestly. We had nothing but a pile of tiny bones left.
I don't have a good dove hunting spot this year, which kind of stinks.......
