I want to say thank you to everyone that has posted such good information on this site. I am heading to Co. with everyone else this year. This will be my first Elk hunt. We are going for 2nd rifle. It will be me and 2 other guys all from the east. I have hunted birds and whitetail all my life and I am very excited for this opportunity.
Before I started watching Randy I always thought "Public Land" meant national park and protected, as in no hunting, I never knew the resources that were available to me. I am so grateful for all of the information I have gained from Randy and you all on this site. I think a lot of folks here in the east are probably like I was, they do not understand the importance of public land and the opportunities it provides. Hopefully like me they will learn before it is too late.
