Glock sight replacement

Has anybody replaced the sights in their glock without the rear sight tool? I'm trying not to smash the $100 night sights I just bought and hoping somebody has advice

I would recommend letting the folks you bought them from install them for you. Most reputable local gun shops will install sights they sell for free. If you bought online, I'd return them and then go purchase from a LGS that will install them for free.

From personal experience, you will beat the $#!& out of the new sights trying to install them with a punch or something similar. Put a pretty sweet set of Trijicon HDs on my G20 that ended up looking like they'd been chewed on by a woodchuck. Buy the sight tool or pay a professional $20 to install them for you.
