Unless someone is glassing from camp this is a waste of money. I’m not throwing my sleeping bag in everyday just to have some insulation.

Fully agree. Would never pack that thing anywhere. Only use I can think of is sitting around the campfire with drink in hand…

I could see some usefulness for old farts like me that get cold quick when stationary. Generally my late season glassing sessions don't last long because of cold and also because I get impatient quickly.

I'm gonna be honest, I could have definitely used that at times. Wake up in the morning and glassing from camp but you cant stay in your sleeping bag cause you cant use your hands. Cant say I haven't thought of this before.
