OldOregon, You do NOT need a non res licence. Get a Oregon Licence, I have a Idaho Licence. If we hunt the Snake on an Island we can both hunt out of the same blind and BOTH be legal. The Open Waterway between 2 states are legal for both sides of the State to hunt or Fish. If ya don't believe me call Fish-n-game.

Drop me a line sometime and we'll hook up. We'll probably hunt the Border later in the season like Dec and Jan. We might slip out in Nov though. Keep an Eye out in the Waterfoul section !!! And my # is on the Lef t side of the Screen, call anytime.
