Hey guys, I need some help. I'm getting married in a month and have had a hard time picking gifts to give my groomsmen/ushers. Most all of us hunt quite a bit and everyone does to some extent. I was thinking about maybe buck knives or some other hunting knife with their names engraved but don't know if i still have time to do that. Just wondering if anyone has any other good gift ideas for this situation. Thanks.

The Buck knives are a great idea, and if you want them engraved, Smokey Mountain Knife Works has an on site engraving department, plus they have the best prices available on all Buck products. Their prices are reasonable for the engraving and if you order from them during their television program "Knives Live" you can get it all for $6.99 shipping, regardless of the number of knives ordered, the engraving costs, and the total price. You can go online and get the item number, then just call them during the broadcast and place the order under the TV code, or order off of their site, during the webcast and get the same deal. Tuesday nights on Dish starting at 6:00 pm Eastern, and Friday nights on Dish and Direct @ 9:00pm Eastern. I never miss an episode, and have bought a lot of merchandise from them over the years.

When my godson got married, my wedding gift to him was knives for him to give to his groomsmen and ushers, along with a kitchen knife set for him and the bride. Since I dabble in knife sales, I already had the knives in stock, and at my price it appeared I had spent a lot more than I actually did.

Some things I have gotten in the past were a engraved leatherman tool with my name on it.......nice flask....engraved turkey box call....good luck.....congrats on the wedding.....

I received an etched beer stein with my name and some other stuff on it. That was nice and I still have it.

I was given a Swiss Army pocket knife many years ago for being a groomsman in my older brother's wedding. I ended up losing that one.

I like the idea so much when I got married, I gave them to my groomsmen and bought an extra for myself. That was 21 years ago.

6 years ago Sunday is when I got married and gave my groomsmen all an engraved Leatherman multi-tool. Like JMG, I bought an extra one for myself.

I don't know what your budget is, but I got these for my dad, brother, nephew and myself for a hunt last year as it was the first time 3 generations of us had hunted together. They were made by Mike Miller.

Bridesmades looking to have fun are always the best. I've gotten knives in the past. Prefer the bridesmades.
