No, it’s not a caliber I’m interested in. If it was a 338 or bigger it may be sold. I “need” a new big bore.

Buy @MuleyMB’s RUM, have it machined for a Wyatt’s box, add a TriggerTech trigger, and you would have mucho fun.
They do plenty without the extended mag box. Especially if it's just a hunting rifle. mtmuley

But, the cartridge just looks so much better with the bullet seated out an extra .110” or so.

I 'ragret' not going a longer magazine while Dan Coffin had my 30RUM but the 181 Hunter will do anything I need done at 3280PS.

I have never warmed up to magazines that extend out very far because I carry my rifles in my hand quite a bit and the balance point often seems to be right around the front of the bottom metal. I was thinking about something more like the Hawkins M5 Oberndorf bottom metal:
