Another season is almost edited and delivered to the network. We have six down, and four more to go. Hard to believe that is our sixth season of outdoor TV. I'm getting to be an old timer.
This season we are back to more appropriate time slots for a western themed show. Time slots this year are (all Mountain Times):
Thursday - 7:30PM
Thursday - 10:30PM
Friday - 11:30AM
Tuesday - 7:00AM
The season premier is Thursday, July 3rd. That will be an Arizona elk hunt where Fin misses El Grande Jefe, Big Hank, Kong, or whatever other term conveys the act of missing the biggest elk you've ever shot at.
The season episodes roll like this:
Episode 1 - Arizona elk
Episode 2 - Arizona antelope
Episode 3 - New Mexico archery elk
Episode 4 - Montana archery elk
Episode 5 - New Mexico antelope
Episode 6 - Montana elk/mule deer
Then a repeat of all of those six. Once those all repeat, then the final episodes will premier.
Episode 7 - Colorado mule deer
Episode 8 - Coloraod elk
Episode 9 - Wyoming elk (Part I)
Episode 10 - Wyoming elk (Part II)
Then a repeat of those four. Once all have played, the six most popular episodes of the season will 3-peat over the last six weeks of the Fourth quarter.

Looking forward to this season; a season where more things went right, rather than wrong. The prior season was the most difficult season we have ever had, so to catch a few breaks this year was a great relief.
You will see some new things this year, as compared to last year. Less "production perspective" and more of the old OYOA feel. More advocacy about public lands, specifically the Land and Water Conservation Fund and how important that Fund is for hunters and hunting access. A very heavy does of elk hunts, which if ratings can be trusted, are always a big hit for our audience.
Hope you enjoy.
